3 bedroom home with the potential for 4 bedrooms. Recent updates done in this house including new windows and a covered porch. Almost 5 acres here which is plenty of room for a garden and livestock. Small pond in front that needs repair. Basement and attic perfect for the weather in our area. This home is perfect for a homestead with tons of potential. Needs some repair done to it but I will be starting some work on it soon myself if I don't rent or sell it. Quiet neighborhood with neighbors who have been in the area for many years. This home does need a roof and some repairs associated with a leaking roof.
