This is a great mobile home. Very clean and never been smoked in. The carpets are brand new in the master and living room. The master bath includes a walk in closest, double sinks, garden tube, and separate shower. All appliances in the kitchen convey. There are 2 porches that are included as well as a small shed. The house can be moved or can remain in the mobile home park (rent will have to be paid monthly in the park, $339).
