SUITABLE FOR -- - Remote worker needing both a bedroom and office space for work. - Working professionals seeking an easier commute to LA; (7-10 minute drive, or 10-15 min bike ride to Newhall Metrolink park & ride). - CalArts or CoC students - 3-5 minute drive, 10-15 minute walk to campus. - Family with a child/teen. Top notch schools in this neighborhood (10/10 ranking by Great Schools) - Meadows Elementary & West Ranch High School. - Outdoorsy person / couple who needs a garage for their toys. INTERESTED? Qualification requirements -- The house is managed by Real Property Management and all potential tenants or co-signers must apply and pass strict credit checks / income minimums of 3x the rent per month between tenants and their cosigners.
