The other tenant sharing the bathroom is a 25-year-old male who maintains an active schedule outside the home. We would prefer someone with a similar work-life balance and consistent sleeping hours. The house also has a pet dog (border collie) that stays in the common areas downstairs. Tenant will have access to use the kitchen and fridge. The house has a monthly housekeeping service.
