Unique, calm and private, this flat allows easy recovery from meetings, days on set ..... or just having a lazy read in the shade. It is a skip and a jump to all things Hollywood -- and all the major studios (except 20th, and the new Amazon studios - once MGM). Once you enter your private gate, you are in your own private patio and apartment. The Washer/dryer is a few steps outside your private patio and is shared with only one other guest. Amenities include internet, a fully equipped kitchen, two flat screen TV's with cable, a private parking space, private patio, and laundry facilities. Also, while there is no central air there are two air conditioners and ceiling fans. It is also on the first floor and has many trees. So never hit dorectly by the sun. Good to know for the summer!! We have our own small village - two blocks from the apartment - which has a lovely mid sized market - good wine selection, a wonderful cafe - called The Beachwood Cafe (you can google the menu) open for all meals....delish and healthy .and a green cleaners. There is also a truly eclectic vintage gift store and a postal service. Hiking trails and a horse stable are also easily accessible. This is a friendly neighborhood where people jog, walk to the market at the village and walk their dogs .... As well as many hiking trails and a dog-friendly park. If you choose not to rent a car, we are easy to find for Uber/Lyft and are close to public transportation. We even have a functional subway - yes, in Los Angeles! We hope to welcome you soon.
