Ample double width driveway parking. Large furnished covered deck to enjoy. A relaxed atmosphere. A place of respect, consideration and privacy, for everyone here and their/your use of the premises. It's not for entertaining guests, partying or bringing others to hang around and/or in the home. Must be wiling to help with sprucing up the place & making it nicer. It's an older fixer upper. It needs a lot of tlc. Has functional electricity & water, shared bathroom, kitchen, has heat, a/c. *I can furnish bed linens if needed. $100 per week, per person.
