Remodeled with new floors, new bathrooms, breakfast area, new paint. Electric remote control fireplace. Back porch remote control awning. These community townhomes have increased in price, especially those that have been remodeled, like mine. Compare it to nearby smaller houses - with no pool- and you'll see why I'm asking a top price of $149500. Another townhome nearby is being sold for $162,500. Recently, one listed for $165,000. Two newly renovated townhomes are worth around $155,000 or more. They are rentals so they are not listed. As you can see, the Zillow estimate is incorrect. Quiet, friendly community with 2 pools, garbage pick-up and lawn maintenance. Another major plus for my townhome is that it is on the ground and it is not raised. Others that have raised units have to worry about moisture under their floors and rotting floors. Look at the pictures of my storage spaces. I have three storage spaces. One storage space on the front porch; another on the back porch where the actual fireplace unit used to be and I have under the stairs storage. I also have a larger pantry than most units around here. In the corner of the dining area, there is a small office place with shelves. I am located very close to mailboxes and dumpster.
