Tenants MUST carry Renters Insurance including Landlord or owner in the policy as an additional insured $300,000 Liability Pets ok (conditional) $35 for the 1st and $25 for the 2nd per month pet rent. Landlord must meet the dog prior to the application being approved for the pet. Max 2 pets $125 NON refundable pet fee.
