It's very spacious and has 2 fireplaces and 3 baths with a finished basement and main floor utility. It also has a deck on the back and an attached garage. The water, lawn service and trash pickup are included in the rent. Downstairs has a "bar" area with sink and spot for a small refrigerator. Renter pays for gas and electric, but water, trash and yard service are included. Small pets may be allowed but have to be approved by the condo management company, no smoking please. Condo is a walkout.
