This is an Active Senior Community. Folks use the facilites, walk their dogs around the neighborhood. Very Friendly people. The pool is heated and usually someone is taking advantage of it. The 9 hole golf course is taken care of and folks are out using the course. The "lodge" has two large screen TV's and Fireplaces to make it a great place to gather. The Beach and the Harbor are within 1 mile from this community. The air is filled with the pleasent smell of the Ocean. Great location for Naval personnell as the Base is within 1 mile. Come on Home.
