It has a wood burning fireplace, dishwasher, laundry hookups, fenced front yard and a large fully fenced rear yard with a lemon tree. The rent is $2800 and the Security Deposit is $2750 for a total move in of $5,550 plus any pet rent or credit checks (if zillow is not used). The owner pays for trash; the renter pays for electricity, water, and gas. The house is available in about 3 days. NOTE AS PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS, you must see the house during show times and "sign in". An application is considered incomplete until you have done this. **Incomplete applications are not processed.
