SEASONAL RENTAL - Small house in SE Palm Bay within walking distance of the Indian River and a Park on Victoria. There is a nice River breeze most of the time. It is just off of US1 convenient to FIT, quick access to Palm Bay, Malabar, or Melbourne, Eau Gallie. The Atlantic ocean is just over the causeway. There is no smoking allowed inside the home. Freshly painted inside, new appliances, tile floors and 2 rooms with vinyl plank flooring. Two people can live comfortably. The back yard is fenced and a nice size. There is a sealed up camper stored in back yard behind the owners sealed shed. I am interested in an extended seasonal rental. I need first, last, and a deposit. Seasonal rental rent is 1950.00 a month. If lease term is 6 months and a day, there is no tax. Any taxes incurred are the responsibility of the tenant. Minimum seasonal stay is 3 months. Shorter terms will be considered at a higher price. Call to discuss terms and circumstances. We have the ability to be flexibile, including flexible cancellation terms. I am in the process of furnishing the house now. It could be ready by mid December, possibly Dec 1 if need be. Its available for 7 months, possibly longer. The monthly price includes utilities: internet only (no TV services but those could be added), water, garbage, electricity, and lawn service. The average price for the above services is 350.00 and that is included in the rental price. Usage beyond average prices will be discussed if it is excessive. NO SMOKING inside the residence. Animals are negotiable. There will be a pet deposit and no aggressive breeds will be accepted. The back yard is fenced in, however, if your animal is a 'runner' or escape artist this house is very close to US 1. It could be dangerous for them. Owner will not accept any responsibility for Pet actions, Need first, last, and security deposit. Possibly a pet deposit.
