We also collect a last months rent which is paid in advance or after you move in depending on your credit.If you are curious about pets, dogs cost $50 extra per month and cats cost $100 extra per month.Finally, after you have seen the house. We do a credit check at our expense.Our two big requirements are decent credit and steady employment, if one of these happens to be an issue, please find a co-signer for the term of the lease.Our leases are 6 months in length and at the end of the 6 months we do a month to month rental.
