Windsor Hills - Newly Renovated Home - Water Park Included - 2584 This lovely Windsor Hills resort vacation rental features six bedrooms and plenty of space for the entire family. Its located in the Windsor Hills Resort, one of the areas finest gated communities. Our community features 24-hour security and only permitted guests have access to the neighborhood. Were just a short distance from the Disney parks, as well as shopping, restaurants, and many of Orlandos most popular attractions. The Space Newly furnished and decorated, this six-bedroom and four-bathroom private house is located in the Windsor Hills Resort. The home features one downstairs queen bedroom, two king bedrooms, two rooms with two twin beds, and one bedroom with two full beds on the second floor. The large fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and full-size stainless steel appliances. You and your fellow travelers will enjoy home-cooked meals without the hassle or expense of dining out during your vacation. The home has a private pool that offers a space to unwind and relax after a long day at the area theme parks. This Windsor Hills resort vacation rental also features an in-home washer and dryer. The garage has been converted into a game room featuring a pool table, ping pong table, and a foosball table. The community also offers two playgrounds on site for children. Guest Access As our guest, you will have full use and access to all amenities at Windsor Hills Resort. Windsor Hills Resort has a massive community pool area that is out of this world. Enjoy a day at this state-of-the-art pool with a built-in splash park. Worried about being on vacation and getting out of your routine? Worry no more! Windsor Hills Resort has an incredible fitness center so you can stay active while away. Other Things to Note Windsor Hills Resort has a security gate. Please have your \"welcome packet\" printed or on your phone when you arrive. Security will print you a voucher that you will scan to get back in and out of the resort. Interaction with Guests This home is self-check-in. There is no lobby area or anyone to greet you upon arrival. Guests receive a personalized code for the door and alarm. I live around the area and I am available whenever needed. You may call or text me if you have any issues. Our private pool can be heated upon request for $45 a day and has to be on for the duration of your stay. The pool heating fee can be collected before arrival. Please request this before your arrival. It takes up to 24 to 48 hours to heat so I cannot guarantee the pool will be heated if it is not requested before your arrival. All guests must sign our rental agreement via DocuSign before checking in. This information is provided outside of any platform and must be sent to your email. The greatest part about my home is the LOCATION. We are close to everything there is to do in Orlando especially when it comes to the world of food. Picking a restaurant has never been easier. I have listed a few of my favorites so you can spend less time worrying about where to eat and more time enjoying your vacation. Bahama Breeze -A laid-back chain restaurant featuring yummy Caribbean food and vibrant tropical Island drinks. Their menu is extensive so there is something for everyone. Daily happy hour specials from 4 PM - 6 PM make this a great spot for an early dinner. Late night cravings and tired of fast food? Late night happy hour starts at 9 PM and goes on until MIDNIGHT. A must try! Sabor Brasil -A hole in the wall strip mall spot serving traditional Brazilian food buffet style. This spot is jam-packed with culture and Latin flare as it also doubles as a mini supermarket with imported goods. Cafe DAntonio -Located in the city of Celebration, this quaint little restaurant serves classic and authentic Italian dishes. This incredible spot mixes old traditions and new to create an incredible culinary experience. Cafe DAntonio has one of the best outdoor seating areas. Sit back and enjoy your dinner as you gaze out onto the lake. ARI -Located in the city of Celebration, this is one of the top Sushi spots in all of Central Florida. ARI is a mix of Japanese and Korean specialties served in a modern and stylish space. This restaurant also has amazing outdoor seating facing the lake. Good food and a beautiful view? You cant miss it! The house is 5 miles from Walt Disney World Resort. The nearest airport is Orlando International Airport at 23 miles away. Orlando\'s largest 24 hour Walmart Supercenter just opened up across the street. There are many world class restaurants and shopping centers within a few miles of the property. Windsor Hills Resort also offers a clubhouse for all guests which include a shared pool, games room, fitness center and much more. Contact us to schedule a showing.
