This condo is very nice. It is a two- story with a patio, balcony, and a front/side yard, which has trees and flowers. There are wood floors downstairs, which include a laundry room and a half bath. There is a walk-in closet in the spare bedroom and a nice sized closet in the master bedroom. The balcony comes out of the master bedroom, as well, and there is a full bathroom upstairs. It is in a great location; 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis! The neighbors are all friendly and the first parking spot from the front door is assigned to the tenants, with another assigned parking spot by visitor parking. A lawncare service keeps up on yard, parking lot, and sidewalk maintenance. It is a pet friendly neighborhood, too. A brand new water heater, garbage disposal, and dishwasher have been installed. The stove and refrigerator will stay to be used, as well. There is a large closet on the lower level and an attached shed on the patio for storage. I am looking for a 6 month lease to start, at this time, with the possibility to re-new. Tenant pays for utilities
