The house is 3 bedrooms 2 baths, and has 2 ADUs that can be used as an office and/or yoga studio. The house has amazing features including a really nice kitchen, hot tub, amazing landscaped yard and lots of space (including 2 living rooms). There's one bedroom available with a garden view. It's in a really good location in that is it 15 minutes from SF, 20 minutes to RWC and the best part-- 2 minutes from the beach and trails. The house also has a Tesla charger and tesla power wall :) I'm a 35 year old female, go to the office 4 times week and on the weekends like to explore the Bay Area, hike and see live music. I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I am looking for like minded individuals to share this beautiful home with me, someone who is easy going, clean, responsible and loves animals (I have a dog and a cat).
