Great area for biking and water sports. Very quiet association so if you are a partier, this is not the location for you. Owner does not live on site but is very available when called.
Owner pays for water, snow removal, mowing and garbage as part of the monthly association dues, renter pays for electric, cable is desires and VT Gas.
