She is awesome, very outdoorsy and active, and also very clean and communicative. Hands down the best roommate I've ever had. She mostly works from home during the weekdays. Her expected graduation is Dec 2025 - so after that you can help choose who to replace her with. Parking: We have plenty of street parking and also one driveway spot. This house is most ideal if you have a car. Chores: We have a monthly chore schedule. Please also clean up after yourself in the kitchen (wipe counters, sweep floor after use). Pets: allowed with a cleaning deposit. No extra pet fee.
