Small laundry room. Laundry room has owner provided washer and dryer but it is a tight space. Owner pays Trash & Water. Renter pays Gas & Electric. Gas fireplace and gas heating is expensive in cold winter. Average is $250 a month in gas during winter (Oct-April). Average a month in gas during summer is $75 (May-Sept). Windows are single pane and do not hold in heat very well. House is on septic system and septic will be completely pumped before renter moves in. No charge to tenant for septic. Owner maintains septic. Renters insurance is required and will be verified. Type of pet matters. Barky mean dogs will not be accepted. Pitbulls, Mastiffs and dogs that are high risk for biting will not be accepted. Small dogs that constantly bark and pee inside will not be accepted.
