There's also a small patio that we call the "neighborhood watch tower." Downstairs is a newly renovated living room, mudroom, pantry, and kitchen with a gas fireplace. The home has a 2 year old HVAC system with a hospital-grade filtration system for the fire season! Everything in the pictures are shared, including kitchen appliances, silverware, hot tub, smoker, and so forth. 12 months preferred, open to 6+
