Minimum stay of 1 month due to zoning regulations. 1-3 month stays $3600 / Security Deposit $1000 + $500 per pet 4-6 month stays $3400 / Security Deposit $1500 + $500 per pet 7-11 month stays $3200 / Security Deposit $2000 + $500 per pet 12 month stay $3000 / Security Deposit $3000 + $500 per pet Application required for all intended occupants age 18+, a $30 application fee applies in the event we need to generate a credit report for you. Stays of 3 months or longer will automatically require professional furniture and carpet cleaning, to be deducted from the security deposit. Shorter stays may require professional carpet and furniture cleaning depending on the condition of the premises upon departure but is not automatically charged.
