Please note, this space is considered non conforming as it has no legal egress window and is in the lower level. It is open to the hallway and is near a walk out sliding door. The downstairs will be your favorite with a living room area featuring a 65 inch smart TV, bar, and game table! Stay connected with WiFi, enjoy the convenience of a hair dryer and washer/dryer, and relax in the comfort of heating and AC.
