This is a large plains style house that has been completely remodeled 2007 to 2010. Neighborhood Description This is an old neighborhood, just north of the Courthouse and downtown. It is slightly depressed because there is a County Home for the disabled and mainstreamed people with mental difficulties. However, they never really cause a problem for me. Parking is a bigger problem than the crazy people. There is a large city park across the street - which is like having your own big yard that the city pays to water.
