The shower room has a walk-in shower, sink and a toilet. The apartment has hardwood floors in the bedroom and tile in the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has access to a full-size washer and dryer shared between the other unit. You will pay a prorated cost of unitalities which is $100 for the water and $150 for the electricity and gas and includes use of the washer and gas dryer. The fast speed Wi-Fi Gigabit internet is provided thought the building at no additional charge. This is a hard-to-find unit located in a secluded area of the Burlingame Hills. The apartment comes with one dedicated parking space. The apartment is for one person only. There is no additional parking and therefore guests staying overnight are not allowed with the rear exceptions approved by the landlord. Please do not apply if you are a couple or a family with kids. I will allow indoor cat but cannot allow dogs. I can typically show this apartment after work during the week (ex. after 6PM) or between noon and 6PM on the weekends.
