Hello everyone! Looking for 2 flatmates to fill in 2 rooms in a 4bed/1 bath home right off Washington Street in Somerville. The lease is one year long and we're looking for someone to move in as early as September 2026. Rent is 865$ per month per bedroom, utilities excluded. These average about 100-150$ monthly. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 3 unit building, it has a balcony and a shared basement for storage. There is a washer and dryer in the basement which is also shared (free, no coins needed). The floors are hardwood, there is good natural light and the bathroom is granite. Central Air Conditioning was installed in the apartment. The kitchen is already fully equipped (dishes, pots, cutlery, table, chairs, stove, oven...), while the rooms will be unfurnished. About us: we are young (late 20's, early 30's). One of us is studying at the divinity school, the other works in tech. Nearby: Union Square, Inman Square, Market Basket, Friendly Market, Whole Foods, Wine & Cheese Cask, PRB Boulangerie within 10 minutes by foot, Harvard Square is about 20 min. One year lease signed by all room mates, meaning the apartment is rented as a whole entity by all room mates, not by the room.
