One thing to know: the layout of the apartment is very... funky. It's really best for a couple. Otherwise, for two separate roommates, you will have a tiny living room in the back while what should actually be the living room becomes the 2nd bedroom, or, you'll have to go through one person's bedroom in order to get to the other bedroom. So yeah... best for a couple. Other notes: I will be taking the month of July to do some much needed updates and repairs, which will include updates to appliances, replacing the shower, painting, and replacing kitchen countertops and sink. Unfortunately there is no on-site laundry, but I am hoping to install an in-unit washer & dryer in this apartment. Whether or not this is possible will be determined by the plumber on July 14 though, so this is not something that is promised with the apartment. 6, 9, or 12 month lease options available. Available August 1. I will be looking to schedule tour(s) next week, between the 23rd and 30th still waiting to hear back from the current tenants though on what days/times will work best for them.
