This pet friendly apartment is a three (3) story that offers plenty of privacy including your own front and back porches. We have listed the apartment as a two (2) bedroom and one (1) bath home but there is an extra room that is attached to one (1) of the bedrooms. Many of the other residents that have a similar layout use that extra room as a walk-in closet, storage, office, playroom or even an extra bedroom. The apartment also has a full basement that some use for storage, extra space, and laundry (we provide the washer and dryer). There is off-street parking and easy access to State Route 30. We are asking $850 per month for rent and all the utilities are the responsibility of the resident. The windows are newer and the furnace is gas forced heat so the heat bill should be very reasonable. We are looking to upgrade all apartments with central air when it is time for the furnaces to be replaced, but in the meantime window units can be used and rented from the management company.
