Comes semi-furnished (chair, desk, desk light, twin bed, small side table, plastic drawers, standing lamp). Additionally, will be giving a free vacuum, swiffer, kitchen items, and other various household items to whoever takes the apartment. Pet friendly (landlord does require pet fee), has in-unit washer/dryer, street parking available, and walkable to UC main and medical campus.
