If there's a housing shortage in the greater Boston area, how is it that this availability is not attractive? Few applicants have reached out since October though this apartment has two vacancies in a three-person shared first floor unit. It is attractive, and well-located five minutes from the Green Line and 20 minutes from the Red Line, and furnished or unfurnished optional same price, with attentive and non-interfering landlord.
