The apartment is accessed via a 30 yard path down a gentle slope, and about five steps. We would consider one cat in residence, but no dogs. Best for a single person, or a cozy duo. Rent is $1080, includes electric, heat pump, trash, water/sewer, internet. Plowing is an additional cost -- $20 per plow visit. While there is no washer/dryer in the unit, our family lives next door and we have offered a weekly arrangement for the tenant to use the washer/dryer in our basement for a monthly fee. The basement has a direct, basement-level entrance. We ask for a one year lease. One year lease. $1080 security deposit. No smoking or vaping on the premises.
