Application fee is $30.00 per person over 18. Security deposit is based on credit check and criminal background check. Non-refundable pet fee is $250 for one pet and $300 for two pets. Pet rent for one pet is $15 and for two pets $30.We offer 3, 6, 9, and 12 month leases. Come tour our model units at our office, 8-H Merry Lane Greenville, NC 27858 in Southgate Apartments. We are open M-F 8:30am-5:30pm and Saturdays 10am-4pm.
