Watch the wildlife or explore on 8 acres of wooded land that abuts 300 acres woods. Rest and relaxation is our goal. You will not find a large tv or internet . We have plenty of books and a tv with videos. Leave all your cares and the hussle and bustle behind you. Try a new craft maybe weaving or painting maybe write that book you always wanted but never had the time. Listen to records on a record player, or Just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. There are 2 wall air conditioners for your comfort and porches with wonderful breezes to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Washer and dryer is available, microwave, toaster oven, range and fridge. Towels are provided but you are responsible for washing them same goes for the bed sheets. There is no internet or telephone service but we have Verizon cell phones and they work for internet and phone service in case you have that. There are plenty of mountains and places to fish if you are feeling adventurous. New Martinsville WV is 1/2 hr drive, Wheeling WV is about 1 hr drive Morgantown is a little more than 1 hr as is Parkersburg WV if you are looking for all the regular restaurants and things to do. Cabella's is in Wheeling and there are plenty of eateries there also. This property is surrounded by walnut trees and streams. It is tucked back in a hollow away from traffic noise. Summers are just wonderful here in WV and the Fall weather is just as good. NO SMALL CHILDREN, NO PETS OF ANY KIND, NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY. NO PARTIES. Only the people registered are allowed on property. We do not allow candles burning or open fires. May bring a grill.
