The neighborhood is filled with lots of kids who often play together in the neighborhood after school and on weekends. You get a real sense of community here and everyone looks out for each other. We have enjoyed living in our home and many wonderful features including newly renovated kitchen cabinets, the wood burning fire place and the finished basement. Our next door neighbors have become close friends. The driveway allows for easy parking. Sean our landlord is very friendly and helpful. He is extremely responsive and amenable to any requests we have had. We will miss Manhasset Isle and 26a Pequot. 1st month and security only. Tenant responsible for gas and electric.
