Upstairs is a bedroom with a queen and single bed, with a private bath. There is also a bedroom with a King and private bath, as well as another room with a double bed with a half bath in the hall. Enjoy the scenery outside on the balcony or deck. Pets are negotiable, tenants pay for utilities and cleaning at the end of the tenancy. No smoking allowed.
