You do not include all of the land. If you removed the East boundary line and included the land up to the adjoining properties on the East the property picture would be correct but not the acreage. The unattributed land in your picture was bought by us years ago and used to be attached to 215 Grand Avenue, Pasadena, Ca 91105. The acreage is now about 2.25 acres.
