I am currently renting this place. This is a very nice first-floor unit in one of the the new buildings at Aspire on West Campus. Must work at the hospital or university OR be a graduate student OR medical student OR be a non-traditional undergrad student. Let me know if you want to move in earlier than mid-December ASAP so we can make sure we have accommodations. This is located on a CAMBUS line so no need to purchase parking at school or work. The washer and dryer are in one of the closets. Up to 2 pets are allowed. If you would like a tour and look at a vacant unit, let the office know you are interested in Matthew's unit in building B4. Enjoy your stay! It's a great place! Available starting early March. Lease ends after July 31st with opportunity to re-let
