My wife and I are looking for someone(s) to lease the manufactured home that we rent. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, home in the Golden Hills Community in Pullman. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher are included. Landlord pays the water, sewer, and garbage. Internet and utilities are not included in the rent. Home is pet friendly with a fenced in wrap around yard and dog house included! This is a perfect space for roommates! Rent is $1,400 a month. We are looking for someone(s) to take over our lease immediately. The lease is for the full house. The Landlords are not able to do individual room rentals.
