A main floor laundry room and another full bath are located close by. There is an additional guest quarters area on the East end of the home with it's own exterior entry. With kitchenette, living area, 2 bedrooms and a 3/4 bath with walk-in shower, this versatile space would work well for your teens, a mother-in-law suite, an adult child with special needs, etc. The lower level has a large open finished family room area, a spacious cedar storage closet and utility room. There are also 2 large rooms that could be finished as non-conforming bedrooms OR add egress windows to make this a 5-bedroom home. The 5-stall garage has the 3-stall area completely finished, with another 2 stalls attached. The 6.38 acres is heavily wooded, with a small spring-fed stream running through. There are apple trees, grape vines, raspberries and a cherry tree. HVAC Information: The main level of the house, the addition to the house and the basement are all heated by the gas forced air furnace, all on one thermostat. In addition, the main level of the house and the addition to the house can both be heated by radiant floor heat. The radiant floor heat for these 2 areas are in 2 separate zones, controlled by separate thermostats for each of the areas. The main level, the house addition and the basement radiant heat are all served by the 2nd water heater in the utility room. The basement also has radiant floor heat, but that has been disconnected for some time, as the Sellers became aware of a leak in one spot in the basement floor heating pipes. This could be repaired, as they know where it is, but since they were not using the basement and had no need for supplemental heat there, they never had it repaired. The main portion of the garage (3 stalls closest to the house) has radiant floor heat built into it but has never been connected to a water heater and used. To use this, would need to hook up to a new water heater and a circulating pump. OTHER INFO: The spray foam rectangle on the floor of the utility room near the outside wall is where the radiant floor heat for the garage connects. The foam was sprayed there to completely seal the opening, since both the main house and the addition have separate passive radon mitigation, so any opening to ground needs to be sealed. The crawl space under the addition area is approximately 4 ft. tall and a bit higher at the outside wall. The crawl space is accessible through a hatch in the closet floor. Country living with no HOA fees or Covenants.
