I'm looking to rent out 1 of the 2 spare bedrooms (whichever of the two you prefer): -asking price is $800 monthly flat rate -you'd have your own bathroom, right next to either bedroom. -neighborhood is quiet and safe, home security system also installed. -the whole house is very nicely set-up and furnished, you'd have free reign to the whole house (other than master bed/bath which is where I stay while there). -house has a two car garage with room to park 1 more car (plus additional parking on driveway and street). -would include a cleaning service at no additional cost to you. Essentially, I'm looking for a reliable & trustworthy individual who will treat my house respectfully while I'm away. Please inquire if interested.
