Mas Verde is a wonderful 55+ community located in central Lakeland near Lakeside Village, healthcare facilities, Publix and Target, Grasslands and about 5 minutes from downtown Lakeland and all that it has to offer. All rental applications are subject to review by Mas Verde management and must be approved in order to accept as tenancy in the community. A beautiful pool and clubhouse are available to residents of the community subject to community rules and regulations. No criminal history permitted. Pets are permitted subject to community rules and also that no dogs are permitted over 40 pounds. Additional information on permitted pets is found on the Mas Verde Lakeland Florida website. Utilities must be arranged by the tenant with Lakeland Electric. These charges are not included in the monthly rent. The rent, as quoted, includes all park charges. Lawn care can be added for an additional $50 per month. The park does charge a monthly lot rental fee. That fee IS included in the monthly stated rent.
