Please note the Zestimate value is way off. I have contacted Zillow to find out why and they said that these should not be used exclusively to determine the value. We spoke with two Realtors to get an idea of the value before we listed. Other websites estimate the value at 131,000, 133,000, and 157000. Zillow stated that part of the zestimate is from the sale history so I'm guessing this is because it has been in our family so long. You do have one neighbor to the right, and a string of neighbors to the left. Both next door neighbors have lived there for decades which is a testament to the great area. New drain pipe, new 1/4 turn shutoffs for all pipes. Added water line for freezer/icemaker All new diverter/plumbing behind hall bathtub. New insulation added in furnace room and crawl space New metal roof on shed but the cap needs put on. Exhaust with heat in master bath...so nice!
