The apartment has a very private and modern layout; it has a separate living room where you enter, a eat in kitchen with dining room and a private bedroom and bath in the back. The tenant base is A +; many long term tenants all with perfect statistics. The building seems to be a great option for many students at both Slu and Wash U that want to be close to campus and live in a safe neighborhood/building but not pay central west end or forest park south east rents. This product is a perfect alternative, located minutes from the university and bordering the park and the newly renovated south grand area featuring tons of activities both at day and night. I have separate storage lockers, laundry facilities and a bike room accessible for each tenant. Also for the meticulous driver, I have reserved parking for each tenant at NO additional cost. Although the building is technically fully occupied we have a SLU grad who is vacating at the end of April.
