If you want big-name shopping or dining, tax-free Astoria is 29 miles away. Whether looking for a place to unwind, retire, build an income property, or for family fun - affordable "undiscovered" Ocean Park might be a smart investment for you. BEACH ACCESS & CONVENIENCE It is less than a mile (.7) to the Bay Ave beach access, stores are even closer. Sandridge Road is .3 mile away, and the Nahcotta boat launch is also under a mile away. VALUE This lot is assessed for $30,000 and the trailer $9,300. 2016 property taxes were $582. The taxes should be reduced considering the condition of the trailer. The selling price today is $19,000.
