If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, which will not disrupt your stay. Access to the yard and pool area is needed on service day. The house has a digital combo lock pad, and you will be provided with the code upon check-in. Check-in and check-out are automated to provide maximum privacy and flexibility.
