This is a summer sublet for a very nice 1BR/1BA apartment in walking distance from campus. The unit is in excellent condition. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to campus, or 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop on 21st Ave. There is communal swimming pool and a laundry room and parking. The community is very quiet and safe. The two rooms and closed are very spacious. The apartment is furnished and comes with a bed, a desk, and basic kitchen utensils. It's a perfect place for someone who needs a home base while working in Nashville this summer. I'm looking for someone to take this place between May 1 and August 31. However, there is a bit of flexibility on both ends of this period.
