We are renting out our caretakers house. Its 935 Sq Ft 2 bedroom 1&1/2 bathroom, full kitchen, detached house. We sit on 2 acres of horse property. Utilities will be paid separately to us. The ideal applicants will have some experience working with horses and want to participate in the care for the horses. If you own your own horse there are plenty of stalls here and cost for that can be discussed. The applicants need to be willing to care for the horses when we are out of town. There will be a predetermined compensation amount for this work. The unit will include a refrigerator and washer and dryer. We are expecting the house to be ready for move in July 15th or later. No Smoking allowed Utilities should average $150 a month Cleaning Fee of $300 required
