Looking for someone to sublease my room in this apartment. Owner pays for electric and cable, all other utilities are included. Down payment is first month's rent, unless you have a co-signer then it is waived. One girl lives in this apartment with her dog already. It is only a two bedroom so you would not need to worry about more than one roommate. This apartment is really nice, the only reason I want to leave is to rent another apartment in the complex with my sister. Feel free to ask more questions!
