The yard is a great place for kids and barbecues, and a park is located across the street for more outdoor pleasure. There is a large living room with a fire place. All the bedrooms are of a good size. Parking is plentiful in the driveway or along side the road. Access to Hwy99 or route 518 which takes you directly to I-5 and I-405 is nearby. It is about a 20 minute drive to downtown during rush hour. It is conveniently located next to bus lines 128 and 132. Lower half of a house with a separate entrance behind the house. Must have a good credit and rental history. Application fee and screening fee is $35 per adult. Section 8 does not approve of this duplex so we cannot accept section 8. Not wheel chair accessible.
