Freshly painted apartment and carpet (despite shoe marks), workers are currently installing new appliances and A/C, The apartment has good lighting, high ceilings, the neighborhood is quiet, you don't have any neighbors. We have some furniture pieces that we are more than willing to leave in the apartment. I'm not the best photographer but feel free to contact me via email or text for virtual tour. We would prefer graduate and/or professional students but are very openminded about this. Renters are responsible for gas, electric, and tv/internet. No smoking in the house.
