Regular rent is $629 per person but we signed the agreement early so we received a $15 per person monthly reduction in rent which will be passed on to the sublet. The lease can be combined for a couple or small family or it can be split into two payments for room mates/college students. Each bedroom has an attached bath as well as a common half bath in the kitchen/dining room area. Laundry is located inside the unit. We are located at the end of the building so you wont share bedroom walls with the neighbors! Can be furnished at no additional cost or left unfurnished if you wish to bring your own furniture. Pets are allowed and this is an overall great, quiet community located 3 minutes from Purdue with a bus route that runs to campus on a regular schedule. Tenant responsible for electric and 1/2 of water bill You can have as many pets as well as any kind I do believe. Parking isn't a problem and is right in front of the town home.
